Engineering & Fabrication Workshop
AquaTreat engineers and manufactures its own water treatment systems in its workshop in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, and installs them on site. Process engineers, welders, fitters and electricians work side by side, giving full control over quality, cost and delivery time.

Every unit is inspected and tested before delivery, with full inspection and test records. Systems are built to client and international specifications, including ADNOC standards.
What We Provide
Treatment processes are designed for each client’s water, capacity and site. Engineering covers equipment selection, hydraulic calculations, 3D layouts and fabrication drawings.
Skids, frames, tanks, pressure vessels and piping are fabricated in Aquatreat’s workshop in Musaffah. Materials include carbon steel, stainless steel and duplex
Complete treatment plants are built inside insulated, air-conditioned containers. They arrive on site ready for fast installation
Control panels, motor control centres and instrumentation are designed and wired in-house. PLC programming and remote monitoring are included.
Pumps, motors, blowers, valves, piping, power cabling and control wiring are installed on site. Every installation is tested and commissioned by Aquatreat’s team.
Every unit is pressure tested, wired, programmed and function tested before it leaves the workshop. This makes commissioning on site fast and smooth.
